DIODORO'S ROOM Diodoro was a greek historian who lived in Sicily. Since 700 a.C. greek colonies of varies sizes were established in various parts of Sicily, including Palermo wich they called “Panormo” (entirely a port). The impact of Magna Greece on the island brought about a cultural revolution: language, commerce, farming, architeture, religion and food products invaded the island creating the foundations of a flourishing civilization.
